The Customer Experience

 

  • Your first visit: Before your first session, we'll walk you through a brief health questionnaire to ensure cryotherapy is safe for you. After signed consent, we will ensure that your skin is clean and dry and that all metal jewelry is removed near the site.  The session itself is quick, most treatments last 2 to 3 minutes.
  • What it feels like:  It feels like a very cold, dry wind blowing on a specific spot. Some compare it to opening a freezer door on a hot day, but much more intense and focused. Our localized cryotherapy sessions are a private one-on-one procedure done safely and effectively by a certified technician. Throughout the session, our technician uses an infrared thermometer to track your skin's surface temperature, ensuring it reaches the "healing zone" without causing damage or frostbite.
  • Immediate post-session effects: As your body warms up, you'll feel a rush of blood flow. Many clients report an immediate feeling of rejuvenation, reduced soreness, and a boost in energy and mood.
